8 Rhodes Texas Rolls, thawed but still cold
3 tbsp butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c shredded coconut
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c chopped pecans

Pat rolls into 4-inch circles using a little flour ot prevent sticking. In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, chocolate chips, and coconut. Place 2 tbsp mixture in the middle of each rolls. Fold in half and press edges to seal. Placeo n baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Using scissors cut sealed edge four time to make claws. Brush with egg and sprinkle with pecans. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise 30 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately placeon a cooling rack.
