Ingredients

Fresh banana, 6 nos
Salt, to taste
Turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Oil, 250 grams

Method

Discard the skin of banana and put in cool water with turmeric powder for sometime. Take it out from water and keep for few minutes; cut into round and thin pieces. Heat a pan with oil and fry on low heat little by little. Sprinkle some salt water and stir well. When they become light brown in color, take the chips from the oil.
