Banana Cake Recipe
Banana cake is a wonderful dessert, this recipe is so easy it can be made anytime.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 cup banana, mashed
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into 8 inch cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
