Ingredients:
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 tbs vanilla
hot water ( 1/8 cup approximate)
*Cloud Berry Jam (found in Sweden or some specialty shops in the USA)
Directions:
Combine the above ingredients into a large mixing bowl and beat at high speed until creamy smooth.
Spread the frosting onto a freshly baked and cooled yellow cake. Refregerate until ready to serve.
Serve with vanilla ice cream
*Cloud Berries are called "Hjortron" in Sweden. This jam has a unique taste and works well in this frosting. You can substitute other types of jams such as rasberry or strawberry.
