1 package yellow cake
11 ounce can mandarin oranges, undrained
½ cup oil
¼ cup sugar
3 eggs
Preheat oven to 375º.
Mix all ingredients until well mixed. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 8-inch round cake pans. Bake according to package directions. Cool completely.
FILLING
1 package instant vanilla pudding
20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
16 ounces Cool Whip
Sprinkle dry pudding over pineapple. Stirring until well mixed. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread filling between cake layers and on top.
