Sweet and Sour Chicken
What you will need:
About 3/4 lb chicken
1 red, green, and/or yellow pepper, chopped into 1" square pieces
1 small can pinapple tidbits
1 jar sweet and sour sauce (e.g. LeChoy)
Coooking Instructions:
1. Dice up chicken into small chunks.
2. In a large skillet, sautee chicken in 1 tbsp. oil until done.
3. Mix in pineapple, pepper, and sauce.
4. Cover and let cook for 10 min. or until peppers are desired crispness.
