Ingredients:
2 cups granulated or caster sugar
2 tsp soda
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
8 oz. can of crushed pineapple
20 oz. can of crushed pineapple
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the walnuts. Stir in the walnuts last.
Bake in a large glass casserole dish or cake pan for 40 minutes. Cool for at least 15 minutes and serve unfrosted with vanilla ice cream.
